Mr. Prajyot Mainkar is the Founder of Androcid, an IT development company based out of Goa, and one of the recipients of the Goa CM Startup Award. He is fondly known as the ‘Android man of Goa’ and has been also associated with Hon. PM Shri. Narendra Modi’s PMO initiative of MYGOV.In. He mentored more than 50 startups under the PMO initiative. He also served as the mentor to India’s one of the leading Digital Incubator For Students  – The Startup Village.

He has served as Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Forum, IT, and Start-ups at the Goa Chambers of Commerce and Industry from for 4 terms and has also been a mentor to the IGNITE incubator by EDC Goa. He has delivered more than 450 mobile development and business talks across the globe of which the most prominent have been Droidcon Greece and Android Developer Days in Turkey. 

He is the author of two technology books and is the only Goan author whose book has been officially recommended by Google on its website. He also is one of the industry stakeholders and the mentor for Goa State-IT and Startup policy.
